Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries (I used blackberries, raspberries,
  • 1 cup almond milk (I always use unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 big of handful of spinach

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
